The project partner Ormazabal hosted a new meeting of the MEAN4SG consortium at their facilities of the Boroa Industrial Park (Spain).
The event, that took place between 19th and 21st of June, gathered representatives of each partner entity and all the Early Stage Researchers (ESR). This way, it was possible to celebrate both the 3rd Supervisory Board meeting of the project, and the 3rd edition of the MEAN4SG Summer School.
During the first one, the partners review the status of the project now that it is facing its second half. As remarkable results of the first part, it is worth mentioning that most of the 1st secondments have already been carried out. In addition, more than ten scientific publications have been released.
At the 3rd Summer School, the ESR had the chance of learning about the practicability of testing and measuring in testing labs & real distribution networks. These tests were performed at some of the ORMAZABAL laboratories, such as the High Voltage & High Power Labs and the Grid Laboratory (to model a real distribution network and to learn on smart cable diagnosis).
The lessons were enriched by the special participation of the different supervisors, as well as experts from both internal and external organizations.
