TU/e

TU Eindhoven is a technical university (public) with a staff of about 3.000 people, out of which about 2.000 are research staff. The total number of students is over 8.000, with a yearly intake of about 1.500. It consists of 9 faculties and a strong co-operation with the industry (ranked No 1 on the CWTS Leiden Ranking).

One of the research groups within the Electrical Engineering faculty is Electrical Energy Systems (EES). Within this group, a subgroup for Power Quality includes one part-time professor, one Post-doctoral researcher and four PhD students (and a number of MSc students, about 20 per year).
